This very special show will be celebrating the legacy of Duncan Lamont’s illustrious song writing career!
This special show features Duncan Lamont Jnr who will be celebrating the legacy of his illustrious father’s song writing career along with two of the London Jazz scene’s most highly respected jazz vocalists, Esther Bennett and Daniela Clynes.
The project will be exploring the surprisingly vast songbook of Duncan Lamont, often described as the new Cole Porter whose songs have been recorded by Natalie Cole, George Shearing, Blossom Dearie and Cleo Lane amongst others.
In other accolades; Duncan gained great commercial success for writing the theme tune and incidental music for the children’s television series “Mr Benn”.
