Growing up in a typical Italian family gives us passion for everything we do. It’s not just the quality of our dishes but true Italian ospitalità that makes the difference. We source fruit and vegetables from Covent Garden, meat from Smithfield and fish, of course, from Billingsgate, and our ‘Chef’s Specials’ are devised from seasonal availability.
