‘What a fun and uplifting time we had last Friday listening to the dulcet tones of Esther Bennett alongside the awe-inspiring Craig Milverton Trio. Esther didn’t disappoint and performed in her quirky, charismatic and totally individual style. As she said, you can’t take Birmingham out of the girl, and she certainly hasn’t lost her Brummy humour. Thank you so much to Craig Milverton, John Donnelly and Coach York for their extraordinary playing, and a special thanks to the wonderful Maggie Reeday who joined Esther on stage where they wowed us with some brilliant harmonies on the last number. We certainly won’t forget you Esther!’
